Gallagher (Hamlet) Factory, Cardiff
This is a large site 10Ha sitewhich is being redeveloped.
The work includes demolition of the facade and other structures which involved the removal of large amounts
of Asbestolux board and significant lengths of insulated pipe work. Both materials contained amphibole asbestos with
large amounts of crocidolite (blue asbestos).
